Head Girls' Volleyball Coach

Hope Academy has a seasonal opening beginning in the 2025-2026 school year for a Head Girls’ Volleyball Coach. This coach will oversee and lead the entire Hope Academy 6th-12th grade girls’ volleyball program. This person will report to the Athletic Director and includes a coaching stipend of $5000.

Job Details

  • Integration of Christian faith to learning, life, volleyball, and competition
  • Oversight of girls' high school volleyball program, grades 8-12
  • Planning and coordinating all practices for the high school teams
  • Athletic development of all girls’ volleyball players
  • Assist in the selection of assistant girls’ volleyball coaches
  • Clear and regular communication with players and parents  
  • Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Christian faith - Acknowledge Christ as Savior and seek to live his/her life as His disciple
  • Demonstrated character of integrity and support for Hope Academy’s mission, vision, and values
  • Experience coaching girls’ volleyball with preference for experience at the high school or collegiate level
  • Ability to build a team, game plan, and teach the game of volleyball while developing players
  • Experience working with and developing other coaches  
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, coaches, and staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively work with student-athletes, their families, coaches, and staff
